If we can't help you on the phone or by accessing your systems remotely then we’ll always visit you on-site to fix the problem. In fact we’ll do that anyway if it’s what you prefer. We’ve built up a valuable knowledge base over the years and in our opinion regular maintenance checks to minimize any potential issues have always proven the most successful least disruptive and least costly approach to take. We’ll visit you regularly just to check everything is healthy. We'll observe and repair any potential problems. If you need to buy new hardware or software, we can help you choose wisely before you invest. Whenever you have questions, however small, just call us. That's why we're here. All support cover includes: Full system audit, service pack updates, anti-virus updates backup/restore functionality test, fileserver/PC health checks and emergency call-out 365 days a year.

Support options:
- Block hour purchase 10 hours. If you require another block of 10 hours within the same month the second block of 10 hours will be less 10% discount. Block hour purchase is very cost effective giving you piece of mind knowing that we are always at the end of the phone and you only pay for hours that are worked
- Annual maintenance contract with negotiated response times and SLAs. This can include a full time onsite engineer if required
- Ad-hoc callouts as and when you need us
